CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: A three-day Rugby Training and Education Program is being organized by the Rugby Football Association – Madhya Pradesh at LNCT University, running until October 20. This program includes courses for coaches, rugby medical officers, team managers, and referees.
The aim of the program is to provide officials and players associated with rugby in Madhya Pradesh with knowledge to advance to a higher level. Participants will work towards becoming qualified in the World Rugby Level 1 Coaching Course, World Rugby Level 1 First Aid in Rugby (FAIR) Course, Rugby India Match Official (Referee) Course, and Rugby India Manager Course under this program.
Providing this information, Abrar Ahmed Sheikh, Secretary of the Rugby Football Association – Madhya Pradesh, and Treasurer Pankaj Kumar Jain shared that 40 officials from various districts of Madhya Pradesh have been selected to participate in each course of this training and education program. The program is being conducted under the supervision of the National Federation, and trainers Vikas Chaurasia and Abdul Wahid have been sent by Rugby India (National Federation) to lead the sessions.
