CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Bharatiya Janata Party’s State General Secretary and Director MLA Bhagwandas Sabnani participated in the collective Janeu Sanskar ceremony organized by the Pravasi Nepali Sampark Manch. The Janeu Sanskar (Bartabandh) ceremony for children was held at the Garhwali Samaj Bhavan in Tulsi Nagar.
During the event, Pravasi Nepali Sampark Manch President Lokmani Paudel honored Director Sabnani with a bouquet.
On this occasion, Director Sabnani stated that cultural values and traditions enrich civilization. He emphasized that rituals like Janeu Sanskar not only connect the younger generation with their roots but also strengthen the foundation of discipline, morality, and values in life.
He highlighted that, in the modern digital era, nothing is beyond children’s reach through the internet. Therefore, it is the responsibility of parents to monitor how their children use it. He stressed that such events are crucial in instilling respect for traditions and helping children understand their social responsibilities.
He also extended his best wishes to everyone for Holi and Rang Panchami.
The event saw the presence of Pravasi Nepali Sampark Manch committee members, including Dol Raj Bhandari, Jeev Narayan Ghimire, Ganesh Pandey, K.R.
