To help students reduce this stress and effectively manage their time for better exam preparation, Prime Minister Narendra Modi conducted his significant program, ‘Pariksha Pe Charcha,’ on Monday, where he shared valuable insights on minimizing exam anxiety and achieving higher scores.
The event was also broadcast live at Kamla Nehru Higher Secondary School, located in the South-West Assembly of the capital. BJP State General Secretary and MLA Bhagwandas Sabnani attended the session with students, engaging in discussions on how to handle exam stress and answering their questions.
On this occasion, Director Sabnani advised students to eliminate fear, believe in their efforts, and stay committed to their studies. He recommended:

✅ Maximizing study time while ensuring some relaxation.
✅ Maintaining a healthy diet and sleep routine.
✅ Avoiding social media distractions during this crucial period.
✅ Believing in their hard work, which not only yields better results but also boosts confidence.
Additionally, Kamla Nehru School Principal Anita Bajpai addressed students, providing guidance and motivational advice. The event witnessed the active participation of a large number of students, teachers, school staff, and distinguished guests.
