Bhopal welcomes a new hotspot for Punjabi cuisine enthusiasts as ‘Sada Punjab – A Punjabi Kitchen’ was inaugurated today by Madhya Pradesh government minister Vishvas Sarang. This restaurant is especially known for its 200-year-old recipe for authentic Amritsari kulchas. The seven-layered kulchas, filled with potatoes, paneer, onions, and other ingredients, are slowly cooked in a traditional tandoor to perfection.

Speaking on the occasion, the restaurant’s proprietor, Rahul Dubey, said, “We promise to bring a new era of taste to Bhopal. Our aim is to provide an exceptional experience of pure, traditional, and delicious Punjabi food.”

During the inauguration, Minister Vishvas Sarang praised the initiative, stating that restaurants like ‘Sada Punjab’ not only enhance local flavors but also help preserve culture and tradition. This restaurant brings a unique experience of pure and delicious Punjabi food to the people of Bhopal.
