A Coordination Review Meeting was conducted under the chairmanship of Shobhana Bandopadhyay, General Manager of West Central Railway. The meeting was attended by Additional General Manager/Principal Chief Mechanical Engineer Nitin Chaudhary, Principal Chief Safety Officer Praveen Khorana, Principal Chief Signal & Telecommunication Engineer Eknath Mohkar, Principal Chief Operations Manager Gurinder Mohan Singh, Principal Chief Commercial Manager Kushal Singh, Principal Chief Engineer Ashutosh, Principal Financial Advisor Manjeet Kaur, Principal Chief Personnel Officer Prabhat, Principal Chief Electrical Engineer Mukesh, and Chief Administrative Officer (Construction) M.S. Hashmi, along with other department heads from the headquarters.

Divisional Railway Managers from Jabalpur, Bhopal, and Kota divisions also participated via video conferencing.

Strategies for improving goods traffic and ensuring train safety inspections.

Safety and Maintenance:

Ensuring the availability of safety equipment and facilities for railway personnel.

Discussions on train safety measures, including the installation of Kavach, a safety mechanism.

Infrastructure Projects:

Review of railway infrastructure development projects and ensuring their timely completion.

Guidelines to ensure adherence to safety and security directives from the Railway Board.

Key Instructions from the General Manager:
