CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: We are pleased to share that the Leadership Conclave 2025, themed “The New Face of Education: Visionary Leadership for Future-Ready Schools”, was successfully organized. The event was a joint initiative of the Sahodaya Group of CBSE Schools, Bhopal, and the Regional Science Centre, Bhopal.
The program commenced with a welcome address and lamp-lighting ceremony, led by Mr. Vikas Agrawal, Regional Officer, CBSE Regional Office, Bhopal, along with other distinguished guests.
The keynote address, titled “From Curiosity to Concept: Strengthening Science Education Through Science Centres”, was delivered by Mr. Umesh Kumar Rustgi, Director, Nehru Science Centre, Mumbai. He emphasized the transformative role of informal science education in fostering creativity and problem-solving abilities among students.
Renowned psychologist and motivational speaker Mr. O.P. Dwivedi conducted a compelling session on leadership development, focusing on how group dynamics evolve into unified teamwork through team building, vision setting, and effective communication.
Mr. Shekhar Avinash Jain, Director, delivered a student-focused session on AI and Robotics, while Mr. Anand Ingle led a hands-on session for teachers on integrating AI in classrooms, introducing tools and strategies for effective implementation. He stressed the importance of teachers evolving as facilitators of inquiry and innovation.
Mr. Saket Singh Kaurav, Curator ‘E’ and Project Coordinator at RSC Bhopal, presented a special session titled “Fostering Scientific Curiosity: The Evolving Role of Informal Education in Classrooms.” He highlighted that curiosity and creativity are defining traits of future-ready learners and reflect the vision of NEP 2020 and India’s Science, Technology, and Innovation Policy (STIP).
In addition, the following sessions were conducted:
“NEP – A Different Perspective” by Mr. Anurag Gupta, CBSE Certified Resource Person
“AI’s Potential in Education” by Mr. Abhishek Tiwari, AI Award Winner
The conference was attended by principals, educators, and thought leaders from various institutions, with nearly 150 participants joining the event.
