CNN Central News & Network-ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Discussion has once again begun around Bollywood actor Salman Khan and actress Karisma Kapoor’s friendship and their pairing on screen. The two have worked together in several films, and audiences appreciated their on-screen chemistry. Recently, a statement attributed to Salman Khan came into discussion, in which references are being made to Karisma Kapoor getting married and to heartbreak. However, the authenticity of this alleged statement and its full context need independent verification.
Salman Khan and Karisma Kapoor appeared together in several popular films during the 1990s and the early 2000s. These included films such as “Judwaa”, “Biwi No. 1” and “Chal Mere Bhai”. Their pairing on screen received a good response from audiences, and their films created a distinct identity in Hindi cinema. Discussions about friendly relations between the two artistes have also surfaced from time to time. However, working together or publicly expressing respect for each other does not confirm any private romantic relationship.
Questions remain over claims about a personal relationship. On social media and in entertainment-related reports, claims are often made about alleged relationships involving actors from earlier years. Before publishing such claims, it is necessary to verify the original interview, video or official statement of the artiste concerned. At present, the credible original context of the remark being circulated in Salman Khan’s name – “my heart was broken” – is not clear.
Fans remain curious about Salman Khan and Karisma Kapoor’s old films. Audiences still remember their movies, and songs, comic scenes and romantic roles from those films are often shared on social media. Because of the popularity of both artistes, news related to them also becomes a topic of discussion in the entertainment world. However, any alleged personal statement must be verified before being presented as fact. Until the original video or a credible interview emerges, the claim should be treated as unverified.
