CNN Central News & Network-ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Divisional Commissioner Sharma chaired a review meeting on time-limit letters at the Commissioner’s Office auditorium on Monday. Joint Commissioner Development Vinod Yadav, Deputy Commissioner Revenue Bharti Devi Mishra and officials of the departments concerned were present at the meeting.
Sharma reviewed in detail the pending time-limit letters of various departments, CM Helpline cases and Public Service Guarantee cases, and issued necessary directions regarding their disposal.
The Divisional Commissioner directed various departments to ensure that replies are submitted on time in court cases. He also asked officials to ensure timely benefits to the public under schemes related to Backward Classes and Minority Welfare, as well as various departmental public welfare schemes. He further directed that necessary arrangements be ensured for various competitive examinations to be held in the coming period.
