Divisional Commissioner Sanjeev Singh has directed that eye check-up camps be organized in all government schools. He instructed the Education and Health Departments to coordinate and train relevant officials for the implementation of these camps. Additionally, he ordered the expedited payment of pending Kharif crop procurement dues.

On Monday, Commissioner Sanjeev Singh held a review meeting in the commissioner’s office conference hall to assess the progress of time-bound official correspondences.

Key Directives from the Meeting

The meeting was attended by Joint Commissioner Vinod Yadav, Revenue Deputy Commissioner Kiran Gupta, and other concerned officials.

Officials were instructed to resolve pending correspondences within the stipulated timeframe and to submit a progress report in the next meeting.

Commissioner Singh reviewed pending complaints related to CM Helpline topics for the upcoming Samadhan Online program and instructed officials to ensure high-quality resolutions.

Infrastructure and Welfare Initiatives

Women and Child Development Department:

Physical verification of under-construction Anganwadi buildings must be conducted.

Construction should be completed within the stipulated deadline.

Health Department & Ayushman Bharat Scheme:

Ayushman Bharat cards should be issued to senior citizens aged 70 and above.

All eligible beneficiaries should receive the benefits of welfare schemes.

Continuous monitoring of progress should be ensured.

Agriculture and Rural Development

Agriculture & Farmers Welfare Department:

Registration and verification of Rabi crops should be conducted simultaneously by March 31.

Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Fisheries, and Cooperative Departments:

Kisan Credit Card (KCC) targets and achievements were reviewed.

Banks must be coordinated to meet the set targets for KCC issuance.

These directives aim to enhance public welfare, support farmers, improve healthcare services, and ensure efficient governance.
