CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: On the occasion of International Yoga Day, the Sant Nirankari Mission will organize a grand yoga event on Saturday, June 21, 2025, at 6:00 AM, simultaneously at over 1,000 locations across India.
This large-scale event will be held in open grounds and parks at various branches of the Mission, under the guidance of local yoga instructors. Devotees, Sewadal volunteers, and local citizens will participate with great enthusiasm.
This year, the theme declared by the United Nations for International Yoga Day is “Yoga for One Earth, One Health”, which emphasizes that a person’s true well-being is achieved only when they are physically, mentally, socially, and spiritually balanced and aware.
Keeping this vision at its core, Sant Nirankari Mission continues to promote yoga as a tool for holistic wellness through its spiritual and social efforts.
According to Shri Joginder Sukhija, Secretary of Sant Nirankari Mandal, the Sant Nirankari Charitable Foundation has been organizing nationwide Yoga Day celebrations since 2015.
This initiative continues to expand with the blessings of Satguru Mata Sudiksha Ji Maharaj, whose guidance has been, “A healthy mind, a simple life.”
Her teachings clearly reflect that the human body is a divine gift, and only by keeping it healthy and strong can one fulfill their spiritual and social responsibilities effectively.
Yoga, being one of India’s most ancient sciences, not only strengthens the body but also calms the mind and awakens the soul.
Its regular practice helps prevent stress, imbalance, and illness, and leads an individual toward inner peace and social harmony.
In today’s fast-paced lifestyle, the core aim of such initiatives is to prioritize our health and move toward a joyful, balanced, and peaceful life.
