CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: The Scope Defense Academy was inaugurated with the collaboration of Scope Global Skills University and Nisham – The Generals Academy. During the event, the academy’s poster was also unveiled by Sitesh Sinha, Registrar of Scope Global Skills University, and Major General Shyam Shankar Srivastava (Retd). The ceremony was attended by all deans, professors of Scope Global Skills University, and retired officers of the Indian Armed Forces.
In his address, Registrar Sitesh Sinha stated that the Scope Defense Academy is located within the premises of Scope Global Skills University. It is not only the first fully equipped academy in Madhya Pradesh but also in the country, where academic courses will be conducted by trained teachers, and preparation for the Service Selection Board (SSB) will be provided by retired experienced officers.
Chancellor Siddharth Chaturvedi of Scope Global Skills University mentioned that this academy will offer students a chance to prepare effectively for NDA, CDS, AFCAT, SSB, and Agniveer examinations. The main objective of the academy is to encourage youth to join the armed forces and make them eligible for these competitive exams, thereby helping them realize their dreams of joining the Indian Armed Forces.
