CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Scope Global Skills University, Bhopal, through its School of Humanities, organized a special session for BA and MA students at Sharda Auditorium on the theme “Inner Child – Reconnect. Heal. Play Again.”
During the session, students participated in psychological activities designed to strengthen mental development and promote positive thinking. These included relaxation techniques, a brief presentation on the “Inner Child” concept, circle-sharing activities, grounding exercises, and writing letters to their inner child. These exercises proved highly beneficial in enhancing students’ morale and emotional balance.

The program was attended by the University Chancellor Siddharth Chaturvedi, Vice-Chancellor Vijay Singh, Registrar Sitesh Kumar Sinha, Dean of Student Welfare Vinod Kumar Sharma, Head of the School of Humanities Shravani Sundaresan, NSS Officer Nitin Kumar Dhimole, and Assistant Professor Yashi Saxena.
Chancellor Siddharth Chaturvedi emphasized that in today’s competitive era, students’ mental health is as important as academic knowledge. Sessions like these provide students an opportunity to connect with themselves and become emotionally empowered.
Vice-Chancellor Vijay Singh and Registrar Sitesh Kumar Sinha stated that activities focusing on personality development and mental balance play a crucial role in students’ holistic growth and prepare them to face life’s challenges positively.
