CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: As part of the initiative to promote creativity and skill development among the youth, Scope Global Skills University is organizing the “Summer Skills Carnival.” This carnival, which began on May 1st, will continue until June 10th. It offers training in various skills, with a large number of young participants honing their creative abilities across different disciplines.
Dr. Tina Tiwari, who is coordinating the Summer Skills Carnival, mentioned that the training is being provided in a variety of creative fields, including clay modeling, painting, and printmaking in Fine Arts; Art and Craft; Designing with “Design Your Space,” cutting, and stitching; Sports including football, cricket, and karate; Beauty and Wellness offering professional saree draping, mehndi, and self-grooming; Performing Arts such as acting skills, Kathak, tabla, dholak, harmonium, synthesizer, singing, and dance; and Spotlight activities including stage anchoring and creative writing.
The Chancellor of Scope Global Skills University, Siddharth Chaturvedi, praised this unique initiative of SGSU, stating that it is crucial for the personality and skill development of youth and children. Dr. Vijay Singh, the Vice Chancellor of SGSU, mentioned that this creative initiative is in line with the university’s commitment to skill development and will play an important role in making the youth more conscious of skill development. The Registrar of SGSU, Sitesh Kumar Sinha, stated that as a skill university, they are continuously working to help youth understand the importance of skills. As part of this effort, the Summer Skills Carnival was initiated.
