CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal : The School of Banking, Finance, and Commerce at Scope Global Skills University successfully organized an inter-department competition on the theme: “Sustainable Commerce: Empowering the Environment through ESG, CSR, and Water Stewardship.” The event was held in the Commerce Department, with enthusiastic participation from undergraduate students of the 1st, 3rd, and 5th semesters. Students showcased their talent and deep understanding of the subject through poster-making, working models, and documentary-making competitions. The event provided students with an opportunity to develop an in-depth understanding of sustainable practices and present their ideas innovatively.

The program was evaluated by an expert panel of judges, including H.O.S. of B.Ed. Department Neelam Singh, Sanju Sharma, and H.O.S. of the School of Science Satyendra Khare. The judges reviewed the participants’ presentations, provided valuable suggestions, and highlighted modern approaches to sustainable development. At the end of the event, participants were awarded winner trophies and certificates. The judges encouraged students to develop innovative thinking and practical skills for environmental protection.

The event was successfully conducted under the leadership of Dr. Neeta Vaydande, Head of the School of Banking, Finance, and Commerce. Chancellor Siddharth Chaturvedi of Scope Global Skills University stated that sustainable commerce is one of the greatest needs of today’s era. When the younger generation embraces environmental responsibility, the future of society and the nation becomes more prosperous. The university aims not only to provide academic knowledge but also to cultivate a sense of social responsibility and innovation among students. Vice-Chancellor Vijay Singh and Registrar Sitesh Kumar Sinha emphasized that the youth should advance not only academically but also with a sense of social responsibility. Such programs promote leadership skills and collective thinking among students.
