CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: The All India Student Council (ABVP) organized the SEIL (Student Experience in Inter-State Living) tour, during which representatives from Northeast India visited Madhya Pradesh. As part of this tour, the representatives were given a tour of the Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly, the Chief Minister’s residence, the Madhya Pradesh Shooting Academy, and various educational institutions in Bhopal.
On this occasion, Chief Minister Mohan Yadav met with the representatives and shared his own experiences from a previous SEIL tour. He emphasized that Madhya Pradesh is not only geographically significant but also culturally represents the unity and integrity of the country. The Chief Minister encouraged students to embrace India’s cultural diversity and strengthen the unity of the nation.
At the Legislative Assembly, State Minister for Health and Medical Education Narendra Shivaji Patel interacted with the students and highlighted the importance of the SEIL tour, saying that this program is a significant effort to empower the spirit of “One Country, One Culture.”
A grand civic reception ceremony was held, which was attended by Deputy Chief Minister Rajendra Shukla and other prominent figures.
Objective of the SEIL Tour
The SEIL tour, operated by ABVP, aims to strengthen the spirit of “One Nation, One People, One Culture” by introducing the youth to India’s cultural diversity and reinforcing national unity. Participants from Northeast states will stay in Madhya Pradesh until February 5, 2025, and will engage in various cultural and educational activities during this period.
