CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: On the occasion of National Sports Day, the Department of Physical Education at Barkatullah University organized the “Send on Cycle – Fit India” initiative under the leadership of Vice-Chancellor Suresh Kumar Jain. The cycle ride was held within the university campus.
Around 200 participants, including students, teachers, officers, and staff members, took part in this rally. The rally began from the University Sports Department, passed through Hoshangabad Road, and concluded back at the university campus.
The objective of this rally was to promote health, physical fitness, and the Fit India movement among common citizens.
On this occasion, Prof. Pawan Mishra, Prof. Shashank Shekhar, Achelal, Director of Physical Education Alok Mishra, Ravindra Kaushik, Mukesh Sharma, Dileep Rathore, Principal V.N.S. Vijendra Bhadauria, Deepak Singh, Lieutenant Sarita Kushwaha, Poonam Singh, Chandrabhan Uike, Akshay Lodhi, Sumit Patel, and Indrajit were present.
