CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: In response to the call by the Pradesh Congress Committee, press conferences were organized at district headquarters to ensure the success and effectiveness of the upcoming Kisan Nyay Yatra, which will be held across all districts of the state. Under the direction of Pradesh Congress President Jeetu Patwari, Congress spokespersons, district presidents, and in-charges assigned for the Kisan Nyay Yatra were sent to various districts to hold press conferences. They coordinated with the media, urging them to cover and support the Yatra for its success and impact.
Mukesh Nayak, Chairman of the Pradesh Congress Media Department, stated that press conferences were held in all districts, where key issues were raised, including the government’s discrimination against farmers, the demand for fair crop prices, and the ongoing crises related to fertilizers, seeds, and electricity faced by farmers.
Nayak mentioned that extensive Kisan Nyay Yatras will be organized in all districts, with senior Congress leaders reaching different districts to participate in these Yatras.
He further informed that All India Congress Committee General Secretary and Madhya Pradesh In-charge Bhanwar Jitendra Singh, Pradesh Congress President Jeetu Patwari, and former Chief Minister Digvijaya Singh will participate in the Kisan Nyay Yatra organized in Indore. Former Chief Minister Kamal Nath will join the Yatra in Chhindwara, Leader of Opposition in the Madhya Pradesh Assembly Umang Singhar in Dhar, former Leader of Opposition Ajay Singh Rahul Bhaiya in Bhopal, former Union Minister Kantilal Bhuria in Jhabua, AICC CWC Member Kamleshwar Patel in Rewa, Deputy Leader of Opposition in the Madhya Pradesh Assembly Hemant Katare and former Leader of Opposition Govind Singh in Bhind, Rajya Sabha MP Ashok Singh in Morena, former Minister Jaivardhan Singh in Guna, former Minister Sajjan Singh Verma in Ujjain, and former MLA Neelanshu Chaturvedi in the Kisan Nyay Yatra organized in Satna.
