CNN Central News & Network-ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Collector Priyank Mishra has directed officials to ensure micro-level preparations for the proposed activities under the ‘Seva Se Sankalp Abhiyan’, to be held from September 17 to October 17. He said that for successful implementation of the campaign, the departments concerned should complete all necessary preparations within the stipulated time frame through mutual coordination.
A review meeting on time-limit letters was held on Monday in the Collectorate meeting hall under the chairmanship of Collector Mishra. ADM Sumit Pandey, P.C. Shakya, Prakash Nayak, Mahendra Kavche, all SDMs and officers of the departments concerned were present.
Public welfare camp to be held in Berasia on September 11
While reviewing the ‘Mukhyamantri Jan Vishwas Abhiyan-2026’, Collector Mishra directed officers to make regular field visits and establish direct communication with citizens. He said officers should inspect schools and Anganwadi centres and also check the quality of food by eating with the children.
He said a public welfare camp will be organised in Berasia on Friday, September 11. At the camp, pending CM Helpline complaints and cases under the Public Service Guarantee Act at the block level should be resolved on priority. Along with informing citizens about the government’s public welfare schemes, eligible beneficiaries should be provided the benefits of schemes on the spot.

Collector Mishra expressed displeasure over revenue cases, girdawari, Farmer ID and Public Service Guarantee matters pending beyond the prescribed time limit. He directed action against the tehsildars and patwaris concerned if such cases are not resolved promptly.
He made it clear that no CM Helpline complaint should remain pending without action. All officers should examine complaints seriously and ensure satisfactory and quality resolution within the prescribed time limit.
