CNN Central News & Network – ITDC India Express / ITDC News Bhopal: In the special presence of Higher Education Minister Inder Parmar, a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) was signed between SGSITS and Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL). Under this agreement, equipment worth ₹1 crore will be provided for the fabrication lab, dies, and design rooms.
The SGSITS Incubation Forum (SIF) signed the MoA with Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) Aircraft Division, Nashik. As part of HAL’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative, the equipment will be utilized to enhance the infrastructure and foster innovation at SGSITS. The signing ceremony took place in the esteemed presence of Minister Inder Singh Parmar, who also serves as the Chairperson of the SGSITS Governing Body.
The event witnessed participation from HAL representatives, including Independent Director and CSR Committee Chairperson Divya Gupta, CEO of MiG Complex Saket Chaturvedi, and GM AOD Subrata Mondal. On behalf of SGSITS, Director Nitesh Purohit, along with Tapan Mukherjee and Ramesh Vyas, Directors of SGSITS Incubation Forum, were also present.
The formal exchange of the MoA between HAL and SIF took place in the presence of industry members, faculty, and staff of SGSITS. This collaboration marks a significant step towards strengthening the infrastructure and capabilities of the SGSITS Incubation Forum, aiming to encourage innovation and provide resources for budding entrepreneurs and startups.
Following the ceremony, a joint Industry Meet was organized by the institution and HAL management, which saw the participation of a large number of industry representatives.
