CNN Central News & Network-ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan has shared a special update with fans about the renovation of his home, Mannat.

During an #AskSRK session, a fan jokingly said that if he was not going to come out to the gallery, he should sell Mannat. In response, Shah Rukh said he is getting a new gallery built and will “shine even more” from there. He also joked that he hoped there would be some handles to hold on to.

Renovation work is currently under way at Mannat. According to reports, new floors and a fan gallery are being prepared in the rear section of the bungalow. Shah Rukh’s gallery is considered especially important for his interactions with fans.

During the same conversation, Shah Rukh also clarified the status of his much-awaited film ‘King’. He said there has been no change in the film’s release date and it will arrive in cinemas on 24 December 2026. The film is being directed by Siddharth Anand.

Shah Rukh also said he had suffered some injuries during the shoot, but is now fine. Fans will have to wait a little longer for the film’s trailer and other updates.
