CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Devashish Tripathi, Divisional Railway Manager (DRM) of Bhopal Division, West Central Railway, conducted an intensive inspection of the Shivpuri-Maksi rail section, including stations like Shivpuri, Guna, Ruthiyai, Biaora Rajgarh, Pachore Road, and Shajapur. The primary objective was to assess the progress of construction and development works and evaluate measures to enhance passenger amenities.

The DRM carried out a window trailing inspection up to the Shivpuri-Maksi station, examining the condition of railway tracks, signaling systems, and safety measures. He directed officials to ensure regular checks of tracks and signaling to guarantee safe and smooth journeys for passengers.

At Shivpuri and Guna stations, the DRM reviewed passenger amenities, catering units, reservation offices, waiting rooms, platforms, and circulating areas. He inspected the ongoing redevelopment work models and layout plans, emphasizing the need to improve cleanliness.

During his visit to Lukwasa and Raghogarh stations, he assessed facilities being constructed for differently-abled passengers and instructed that these works be completed on time with high quality. At Pachore Road station, he conducted a safety inspection and reviewed the progress of goods shed construction, directing officials to expedite its completion.

Under the Amrit Bharat Scheme, the DRM inspected the redevelopment of stations at Shivpuri, Guna, Ruthiyai, Biaora Rajgarh, and Shajapur. He instructed officials to ensure that all works are completed within the stipulated timeframe while considering future requirements and passenger safety.

Senior Divisional Engineer (Coordination) Rituraj Sharma, Senior Divisional Engineer (North) Narendra Lodhi, Divisional Commercial Manager Pankaj Kumar Dubey, along with other officials and supervisory staff, accompanied the DRM during the inspection.
