CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Madhya Pradesh’s Minister of Labor, Panchayat, and Rural Development, Prahlad Patel, visited the Shramodaya Adarsh ITI in Bhopal. During the visit, he inspected various trade classes at the institute and interacted with the students.

Shramodaya Model ITI provides high-quality technical education tailored to the needs of the industry. It is worth noting that ‘Shramodaya ITI’ is a leading institution established through collaborative efforts between the Madhya Pradesh Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board, the Labor Department, the Center for Research and Industrial Staff Performance (CRISP), and the Department of Technical Education, Madhya Pradesh.

CRISP Managing Director Shrikant Patil, Director Amol Vaidya, Principal of Shramodaya ITI S.S. Mishra, and other staff members were present during Director Patel’s visit. A short film highlighting the development activities and initiatives of Shramodaya ITI was also screened. Dr. Shrikant Patil briefed the Honorable Minister about the institute and shared future plans, including details about student placements at companies like Gokaldas Exports Acharpura and Maruti.

Various trades such as Technician (Mechatronics), Electrician, Advanced CNC Machining, Fashion Design and Technology, Internet of Things (IoT), Welder, Interior Design and Decoration, and Civil Engineering Assistant are available at Shramodaya ITI. This training equips students with professional skills and expertise aligned with modern industry requirements, enabling them to become competitive.

During the visit, Director Patel interacted with students from various districts (Balaghat, Chhatarpur, Chhindwara, Betul, Bhind, Gwalior, Panna, and others) studying at the ITI. He discussed their trades and technical training experiences in detail and encouraged the students to maintain a positive outlook on the challenges they face.

Following this, Director Prahlad Patel inspected the institute’s state-of-the-art facilities and praised its modern equipment, technical laboratories, and training amenities, designed to offer practical experience and advanced technical education. Additionally, he planted an Ashoka tree with the students, promoting the message of environmental conservation and greenery.
