CNN Central News and Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: The nine-day Shri Ram Katha Mahotsav held in Lucknow concluded grandly amid an atmosphere of श्रद्धा, devotion and spiritual fervour. On the concluding occasion, thousands of devotees listened to the sacred Shri Ram Katha delivered by revered saint and Padma Vibhushan awardee Jagadguru Ramanandacharya, Tulsipeethadhishwar Swami Rambhadracharya Maharaj. During the discourse, detailed messages linked to Lord Shri Ram’s ideal life, dharma, duty, service and nation-building were presented, filling the gathering with spiritual energy.
Speakers at the event said that in the medieval period, Goswami Tulsidas worked to awaken society through his writings and spiritual message. Today, they said, Swami Rambhadracharya Ji is carrying forward that great tradition through his knowledge, discourses and literary contribution. His ideas, they added, are giving new direction to moral values, cultural consciousness and spiritual awakening in society.
Devotees described the Katha as an inspiration capable of bringing positive change in life. Bhajans, kirtans and religious rituals kept the atmosphere devotional throughout the event. Expressing happiness over the successful आयोजन of the Mahotsav, devotees and organisers said it was an important initiative towards preserving Indian culture and the Sanatan tradition.
