CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Divisional Commissioner Sanjeev Singh reviewed the Sankalp Se Samadhan Campaign through video conferencing, holding discussions with District Panchayat CEOs and officials of urban local bodies from all districts of the Bhopal Division.
During the meeting, Commissioner Singh issued directions to ensure the effective and quality implementation of the Sankalp Se Samadhan Campaign in accordance with the government’s intent. He emphasized that under the campaign, beneficiaries’ problems should be resolved in a time-bound manner through the 106 identified services and schemes, enabling them to avail the benefits of government programs. He also instructed that applications related to services under the Public Service Guarantee Act and those covered under the Sankalp Se Samadhan Campaign be monitored online and disposed of within the stipulated time frame.
Commissioner Singh directed that department-wise applications received at the Gram Panchayat and ward levels be examined and monitored at the block level. He further stated that innovations and exemplary work carried out by districts would be recognized, and outstanding officers and employees would be awarded at both district and divisional levels. Additionally, he instructed that divisional-level departmental officers be appointed as nodal officers to monitor the Sankalp Se Samadhan Campaign at the divisional level.
Commissioner Singh also directed all districts in the division to continue efforts related to clean drinking water, water security, and public hearings, and to strictly adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for quality control of drinking water.
He further instructed all officials to prepare district-wise progress reports on the key points of the Collectors–Commissioners Conference, and to formulate plans for the year 2026. Special emphasis was placed on farmer welfare, with directions to prepare a detailed review of the previous year’s progress in agriculture and allied sectors, along with a comprehensive plan for the coming year across all districts of the division.
During the video conference, all District Panchayat CEOs, officials of urban local bodies, and other officers and staff were present.
