CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: After NITTTR Bhopal was granted the status of a Deemed University, PhD, M.Tech, and M.Sc. programs have commenced at the institute. For the newly admitted students, the institute organized a special orientation program.
In this program, the institute’s Director, Prof. C.C. Tripathi, and the Chief Guest, senior educationist and National Vice President of Vidya Bharati (All India Institute of Education), Mr. Avneesh Bhatnagar, interacted with the students and provided them with important guidance for their academic journey.
Mr. Avneesh Bhatnagar, while addressing the students about self-employment opportunities, emphasized that they should not only focus on obtaining a degree but also work on developing their entrepreneurial skills. He urged the students to enhance their professional and personal abilities along with their academic life.
Director Prof. C.C. Tripathi stated, “In today’s era, not only qualifications but also competencies are essential. The curriculum of NITTTR will benefit not only the students but also the community. The institute’s aim is not just to provide high-quality education, but also to prepare students to become self-reliant individuals capable of contributing to society.”
Dean Academic Prof. Sanjay Agrawal said that the main objective of this orientation program was to familiarize students with the institute’s policies, research processes, available facilities, and resources. Through this orientation, new students received clear direction and inspiration, which will make their academic journey more successful.
As part of the program, students were given a tour of the institute’s library, the Center of Excellence laboratories, and research centers to understand the advanced educational and research activities of the institute. Each department and center provided detailed information about their academic programs and high-tech laboratories.
On this occasion, Dean R.K. Dixit, Manish Bhargava, S.S. Kedar, and other faculty members were also present.
