The 13th edition of the National Curio Quiz 2025 began with great enthusiasm at Sagar Public School, Saket Nagar. This year, student teams from 36 schools across India participated in the much-awaited quiz competition. Schools registered for the event through the official website of Sagar Public School.

The National Curio Quiz is a flagship inter-school event organized by Sagar Public School, designed to ignite curiosity and a spirit of healthy competition among students.

This year’s event saw enthusiastic participation from 36 teams representing prestigious schools from cities including Gwalior, Indore, Hisar, Patna, Amritsar, and Jaipur, with 14 teams from outside Bhopal.

The quiz was conducted by renowned quizmaster Ajay Poonia, who skillfully hosted the competition. The event was held in multiple rounds, beginning with an online preliminary round for outstation teams. Participants were tested and shortlisted based on their knowledge of current affairs, science and technology, literature, Indian heritage, and logical reasoning.

The final round featured the top 7 teams, competing for the championship trophy. Ajay Poonia conducted the final rounds with great energy, engaging teams through direct questions, audio-video rounds, buzzer rounds, and other exciting formats.

After an intense intellectual contest, Spring Dales Senior School, Amritsar emerged as the champion of the 13th National Curio Quiz 2025.

The second position was secured by Sagar Public School, Saket Nagar, Bhopal, while Jawaharlal Nehru School, Bhopal claimed the third position.

Trophies, certificates, printers, headphones, and smartwatches were awarded to the winning teams.

On this occasion, Principal Pankaj Sharma congratulated all participants and organizers, stating,

“Quizzes enhance students’ intellect and guide them to move forward with sportsmanship and teamwork.”
