The society has grown from a small unit to a large organization and is working commendably for the welfare of its members. Best wishes were extended to the board of directors for the success of the Annual General Meeting.
Vishwas Kailash Sarang, Minister of Cooperation, Sports, and Youth Welfare, Government of Madhya Pradesh, was addressing the ideation session of the 45th Annual General Meeting of the State Bank Officers Cooperative Credit Society Limited, Bhopal, held at Samanvay Bhavan in Bhopal.

He emphasized that cooperation has always played a significant role in the development of society and the nation. He assured that the Madhya Pradesh Government will take appropriate steps to provide a safe working environment for bank employees and officers. The Honorable Minister also urged the officials present to fulfill their duties along with their rights. He called for wholehearted contribution to make India the third-largest global power by 2047.
On this occasion, Chandrashekhar Sharma, Deputy Managing Director, State Bank of India, LHO Bhopal, stated that the Cooperative Credit Society for SBI officers has successfully achieved its objectives. Cooperative credit societies play a vital role in society, whether we speak of Amul or others. He extended his best wishes for the bright future of the institution.
Earlier, the Annual General Meeting was inaugurated with a lamp-lighting ceremony by Vishwas Kailash Sarang, Minister of Cooperation, Sports, and Youth Welfare, Madhya Pradesh; Chandrashekhar Sharma, Deputy Managing Director; Manish Mathpal, Deputy General Manager and Regional Development Officer for Human Resources, SBI Local Head Office, Bhopal; Anil Srivastava, President of SBI Officers Association; Sanjeev Mishra, General Secretary; Praveen Meghani, President of SBI Employees Cooperative Credit Society; Suresh Babu Meena, President of SBI Officers Cooperative Credit Society; Vice President Sanjay Dwivedi; and Sunil Tiwari.

In his welcome address, Committee President Suresh Babu Meena mentioned that the society is a multi-state cooperative organization of SBI officers posted in Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. In the future, the society aims to collaborate with other reputed cooperative institutions across the country to further boost the cooperative movement.
General Secretary of the Officers Association, Sanjeev Mishra, reiterated the principle of “Nation First, Institution Next, and Individual Last.” He emphasized the current seamless coordination between the association and the society.
The ceremony was hosted by Bhavna Tehlani and Lata Bharti. A vote of thanks was proposed by Sanjay Dwivedi. In the second business session, the society’s annual report was presented, which was unanimously approved by the house.
