CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Sant Hirdaram Girls College, Bhopal successfully organized Stateathon 2025. This innovation-focused competition was conducted through the joint collaboration of the Institution’s Innovation Council and the Department of Computer Science. The primary objective of the program was to enhance students’ analytical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
The competition saw enthusiastic participation from school students of classes 9 to 12 as well as undergraduate and postgraduate students. Participants presented innovative projects and models across diverse fields including sustainable development, solar technology, health and safety, agricultural technology, artificial intelligence, data science, biotechnology, fintech, smart education, software development, and e-governance.
The evaluation of the projects was carried out by Vivek Sharma and Dr. Kushal Shah, both of whom shared inspiring insights on the importance of innovation, experimentation, and skill-based learning. Dr. Dalima Parwani, Principal of the college, highlighted the transformative role of artificial intelligence, while Director Hero Gyan Chandani appreciated the students’ creativity and encouraged them to continue contributing to the nation’s innovation ecosystem.
In the school category, the first prize was awarded to Sage International School, second to Navnidh Hasomal Lakhani Public School, and third to Champion School, Bhopal. In the college category, Sant Hirdaram Girls College secured first place, L.N.C.T. College second, and R.K.D.F. University, Bhopal third. All winners received cash prizes, trophies, and certificates, while all participants were awarded certificates of participation.
Stateathon 2025 proved to be an impactful platform for young innovators, inspiring them to think creatively and develop meaningful solutions for the future.
