The training program on “Academic Leadership Development for Institutional Administration and Management”, organized for principals of autonomous colleges and Prime Minister’s Excellence institutions under the Higher Education Department of Madhya Pradesh, concluded at NITTTR Bhopal.
Addressing the closing ceremony, Prof. Dhirendra Shukla, OSD, Higher Education Department, emphasized that the institution where one serves should always be the top priority. He stated, “Institutions progress when ‘I’ transforms into ‘We’.” He encouraged the participants to set an example as skilled administrators.
NITTTR Director, Prof. C. C. Tripathi, highlighted that with strong willpower, nothing is impossible. He stressed that principals have a duty to foster an environment in their colleges where students, faculty, and administration work together towards institutional goals.
Director Santosh Bhargava outlined the key qualities of effective leadership among principals. Director Ajay Agrawal praised the quality of training programs conducted through NITTTR Bhopal and the Higher Education Department. He stated that continuous learning and self-assessment are essential for strengthening educational leadership.
The event was attended by Director P. K. Purohit, Director B. L. Gupta, Prof. Sanjay Agrawal, Prof. Parag Dubey, Director R. K. Dixit, and Director Ashish Deshpande.
