CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress / ITDC News Bhopal: The Summer Carnival 2026 organized by Scope Global Skills University is continuing with great enthusiasm and energy. Organized with the objective of promoting personality development, creative thinking, and practical skills among children and youth, the summer carnival is witnessing enthusiastic participation from a large number of attendees.
Under this special carnival being held at the university campus, participants are receiving practical training in various modern and creative activities such as sports, fine arts and crafts, stage anchoring, cutting and stitching, macramé and crochet work, cooking and baking, dance, and the Future Ready AI Bootcamp.

As part of the “Cricket and Football Skill Development Program,” children are being trained in the basic techniques of sports, including batting, bowling, fitness, teamwork, and match practice. Trainers are also educating participants about the importance of sportsmanship, discipline, and leadership qualities.
Similarly, in the “Dance Course,” participants are learning the finer aspects of rhythm, body movement, stage presentation, and expression through semi-classical and Bollywood dance forms. Special emphasis is being placed on developing confidence and stage presence among children through dance training.

In the “Cooking and Baking Course,” participants are being taught food presentation and the preparation of dishes such as pizza, sandwiches, smoothies, waffles, and salads. They are also receiving guidance on basic kitchen management, cleanliness, and food creativity.
One of the major attractions of the Summer Carnival is the “Future Ready AI Bootcamp,” where participants are learning digital creativity and technology-based skills through modern artificial intelligence tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, and other AI-powered platforms. During the training, children and youth are also being educated about the safe and responsible use of artificial intelligence so they can prepare themselves for future technologies.
Additionally, under the Fine Arts and Craft activities, participants are learning clay modeling, drawing, Madhubani painting, and various craft works. In the stage anchoring activity, participants are being trained in stage management, communication style, body language, and the art of confident presentation.

Chancellor of Scope Global Skills University, Siddharth Chaturvedi, said that in today’s era, academic knowledge alone is not enough, and practical skills, technical understanding, and creative thinking are equally important. He stated that the Summer Carnival is playing a significant role in connecting children and youth with new opportunities and making them self-reliant.
Vice-Chancellor Vijay Singh and Registrar Sitesh Kumar Sinha stated that the purpose of the Summer Carnival is to combine entertainment with practical skills and creative learning for children and youth. They added that skill-based education is becoming increasingly important in today’s competitive world, and this innovative initiative by the university is a step in that direction.
The program is being coordinated by Dr. Tina Tiwari, who said that through the Summer Carnival, Scope Global Skills University is providing an important platform for children and youth to learn new skills, develop creativity, and prepare themselves for future challenges.
