CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: June 26, 2024 – The National Institute of Design, Madhya Pradesh (NID MP), has launched a new library service – the “Human Library Service” at its Knowledge Management Center. The inauguration ceremony included an online reading session of the book “IKIGAI” on June 24 and 25, 2024, with active participation from the institute’s stakeholders.

The program was led by Ms. Prachi Singh, a renowned author and self-development coach, who provided deep insights and engaging discussions. The excerpts read by Ms. Singh from IKIGAI captivated the audience, prompting deep reflections on finding purpose and meaning in life. IKIGAI is a Japanese concept that means “reason for being” and focuses on finding purpose and significance in life. This program offered attendees an opportunity to explore this profound concept in depth.

Enthusiastic participation from the institute’s staff, students, and all stakeholders was observed during this online event. The National Institute of Design, Madhya Pradesh, hopes to organize more such events in the future to promote literary engagement and personal development.
