Recently, Dr. Sukesh Mukherjee, Additional Professor at AIIMS Bhopal, made a significant contribution to medical education. His two major textbooks, published by Jaypee Brothers Medical Publishers, have proven invaluable for paramedical and dental science students.
Dr. Mukherjee’s first book, “A Concise Textbook of Biochemistry for Paramedical Students” (Third Edition), is designed especially for students pursuing BPT, BPharma, and MLT. It simplifies the complex subject of biochemistry, using tables and illustrations to clarify biochemical concepts and incorporating clinical examples to connect theory with practical medical applications.
His second book, “Textbook of Biochemistry for Dental Students” (Fifth Edition), is tailored specifically for dental students, discussing key principles of biochemistry related to dental sciences in detail. This textbook helps dental students understand and apply concepts of metabolism, molecular biology, and clinical biochemistry in their practice.
