CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: A five-day summer workshop titled “Design Mantra” was inaugurated at the NIFT Bhopal campus for students of classes 9 to 12. Until June 13, participants will be introduced to a range of exciting design topics such as signature calligraphy, rust printing, draping, machine knitting, metal casting, paper graffiti, fashion photography, and more.
Aspiring design students will gain hands-on experience while interacting with in-house experts. Participants will also get the opportunity to observe various student design projects and explore the latest machinery and equipment in different departments and laboratories. Additionally, they will receive a certificate of completion and get the chance to create sample products.
Ms. Baisakhi Dalpati, Director of the Continuing Education Program (CEP), highlighted the scope of the workshop and emphasized that design should be a solution with a lasting environmental impact. The Director of NIFT Bhopal, in the welcome address, encouraged students to make full use of the resources and facilities available on campus.
