Showcasing her extraordinary skills and endurance, the team clinched the gold medal, marking a significant achievement for Indian athletics.
Sunita’s outstanding performance and dedication played a crucial role in the team’s international success, enhancing the reputation of her training center and the nation. Her accomplishment also reflects the potential of emerging talents in Indian athletics, particularly in the cross-country arena. Hailing from a small town in Kaushambi, Uttar Pradesh, Sunita has been training at SAI NCOE Bhopal since May 2024.
