CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Prajwal Revanna’s brother and JD(S) MLC Suraj Revanna, a medical doctor, was booked in a second case of sexually abusing a man on Tuesday at Hassan district’s Holenarasipura police station.
The case was registered based on a complaint filed by Suraj’s former close aide who alleged that he was sexually abused by the MLC three years ago during the pandemic. The charges slapped on former Prime Minister H.D. Deve Gowda’s grandson include IPC Sections 377 (unnatural offences), 342 (wrongful confinement) and 506 (criminal intimidation).
