CNN Central News & Network-ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Bengaluru. Swan Realty has launched its new luxury residential project, ‘Bodhi’, in Jayanagar, Bengaluru. The project has been designed to offer residents the privacy, generous space and close-to-nature experience of an independent home.
This is the company’s second residential project in Bengaluru. Earlier, the company completed the ‘Cardinal One’ project in Yeshwanthpur.
The ‘Bodhi’ project will be developed across about 30,000 square feet. It will comprise a total of 24 four-bedroom residences. Each residence is said to measure more than 4,000 square feet. The building will have only two residences on each floor, aimed at providing residents greater privacy and open space.
Kembhavi Architecture Foundation has prepared the architectural design for the project. Its concept is based on nature-inspired architecture, with emphasis on natural light, greenery and better integration with the surrounding environment.
The project plans to offer large private open areas, landscaped green spaces and scenic views. Amenities will include a temperature-controlled swimming pool, health and fitness centre, event room, recreation room, sky garden and a koi fish pond. A dedicated rooftop space for stargazing has also been proposed.
According to the company, the objective of the project is to combine the convenience of apartment living with the experience of an independent home. The project is registered with the Karnataka Real Estate Regulatory Authority and is targeted for completion by March 2028.
