CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Under the guidance of Executive Director Ajay Singh, Swarna Prashan was launched in 2022 on the auspicious Pushya Nakshatra day at the AYUSH Department’s Ayurveda OPD in AIIMS Bhopal. On the occasion of completing two years of Swarna Prashan, a drawing competition was organized on the theme “Childhood with Ayurveda,” in which children actively participated and created drawings on various Ayurveda-related topics.

The Swarna Prashan program, held at the Ayurveda OPD of AIIMS Bhopal’s AYUSH Department, aims to enhance children’s immunity and support their physical and mental development. A total of 79 children participated, with 56 returning participants and 23 new registrations.

Ayurveda Medical Officer Ranjana Pandey administered Swarna Prashan to children aged 1 to 16 years, explaining its significance to all participants and raising awareness among parents about the importance of physical and mental health.

For the past two years, the AYUSH Department’s Ayurveda division has been providing Swarna Prashan free of charge for children, promoting its use for supporting children’s physical and mental development.
