CNN Central News & Network-ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Divisional Commissioner Karmveer Sharma has directed officials to ensure the swift resolution of public grievance cases. He said priority should be given to resolving cases received through the CM Helpline. In cases under the Public Service Guarantee Act, officials should not wait for the expiry of the prescribed time limit and should resolve them as early as possible.
Divisional Commissioner Sharma chaired a review meeting on time-bound letters at the Commissioner’s Office auditorium on Monday. Joint Commissioner Development Vinod Yadav, Deputy Commissioner Revenue Bharti Devi Mishra and officers of the departments concerned were present at the meeting.

Sharma reviewed in detail pending time-bound letters of various departments, CM Helpline cases and Public Service Guarantee cases, and issued necessary directions regarding their disposal.
The Divisional Commissioner directed various departments to ensure that replies are filed on time in court cases. He also instructed officials to ensure that people receive timely benefits under Backward Classes and Minority Welfare schemes and various departmental public welfare schemes. He further directed that necessary arrangements be ensured for various competitive examinations to be held in the coming period.
