CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Under the directions of the Private University Regulatory Commission, Madhya Pradesh, Bhopal, the Abhyuday Bharat 2026 program will be organized at Rabindranath Tagore University, featuring various academic and cultural activities.
As part of this initiative, a painting competition for students and a lecture on Lord Birsa Munda will be conducted. The painting competition will be held on March 13, 2026, at 11:00 AM in the Faculty of Humanities and Liberal Arts. The purpose of the competition is to provide students with an opportunity to creatively express themes related to Indian knowledge traditions, culture, and heritage. Participants will showcase their artistic talent on topics related to Indian culture, traditions, and national heroes. Outstanding performers will be awarded prizes.
Following this, a lecture on Lord Birsa Munda will be held on March 14, 2026, in the Katha Auditorium. Social worker and head of cow welfare, Brijkishore Bhargava, will deliver the keynote address. He will highlight the life of Lord Birsa Munda, his contributions to the freedom struggle, and his role in the upliftment of tribal communities.
The objective of the program is to familiarize students with the contributions of tribal heroes in Indian history and to cultivate awareness of national consciousness and social responsibility among them.
