CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Adding a significant chapter in the field of international education, Rabindranath Tagore University, Bhopal, hosted a grand International Convocation Ceremony at Sharda Auditorium. On this occasion, foreign students graduating in 2025 were conferred their degrees—students who came to India and became part of a transformative academic journey.

The dignified event commenced with an inspiring academic procession led by University Registrar Sangeeta Johri. Students from countries such as Zimbabwe, Ghana, Nigeria, Cameroon, and other African nations participated in the ceremony. These students successfully completed programs including BBA, BCA, BSc, BCom, MSc, and MCom. A souvenir was also released by the guests on this occasion.

The Chief Guest, Pankaj Pandey, Superintendent of Police, Raisen, addressed the students, saying:

“A degree is not just a title, but a lifelong responsibility. It signifies not only personal advancement but also a commitment toward society and global humanity.”

He praised the courage and dedication of the international students, who chose to pursue education in a new cultural and environmental setting, calling it an act of true inspiration.

University Chancellor Santosh Choubey remarked:

“This era is defined by the global exchange of knowledge, resources, and data. Every nation has something unique to offer, and such collaboration is the foundation of global development.”

He encouraged students to respect diversity, adopt a multilingual and multicultural approach, and keep learning through experience.

Siddharth Chaturvedi, Chancellor of Scope Global Skill University, stated that this convocation marked not just an academic milestone but the beginning of a global journey. He inspired students to act as international citizens and uphold human values.

Vice-Chancellors Dr. R.P. Dubey (Rabindranath Tagore University) and Dr. Vijay Singh (Scope Global Skill University) extended their best wishes to the degree recipients, urging them to pursue the paths of education, ethics, and service.

Also present were Pro-Vice Chancellor Aditi Chaturvedi Vats, Dean of International Affairs Dr. Ritu Kumaran, along with faculty members, staff, and students.
