CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: On the occasion of the 55th Foundation Day of the Indian Education Society, a one-day celebration was organized in the auditorium of L.N.C.T. University. The main guests of the program were B.R. Shankaranand, the All India Organization Minister of the Indian Education Society, and former Justice Alok Varma, the Chief Guest of the program. Anupam Choukse, the Chancellor of L.N.C.T. University, N.K. Thapak, the President of Central India, and Shiv Kumar Sharma, the State Minister, were also prominently present. The inauguration of the celebration was marked by the invocation of Goddess Saraswati by the esteemed guests.

On this occasion, B.R. Shankaranand, the All India Organization Minister of the Indian Education Society, emphasized the necessity of education for human development. He stated that without education, a person cannot truly be considered human, and it is through education that teachers are prepared. He stressed that a developed India can only be built not just by teachers but by enlightened gurus. Therefore, teachers should strive to become gurus. He also highlighted the tradition of the guru in ancient Indian education systems.

During the program, Anupam Choukse, the Chancellor of L.N.C.T. University, discussed the contributions made by the Indian Education Society in the field of education. He mentioned that the organization’s policies, curriculum, and methods are based on Indian values and are aimed at the welfare of India. Additionally, the Indian Education Society has developed a holistic educational system.

N.K. Thapak, the President of Central India of the Indian Education Society, stated that the organization has initiated the Youth Dimension with the aim of instilling patriotism and national pride among youth and preparing them for national dedication. He also mentioned that with the implementation of the National Education Policy 2020 by the Government of India, the Indian Education Society aims to develop a vision for India by 2047, so that the contribution of education to a developed India can be realized. To achieve this goal, the organization is actively involved in planning and execution.

The program was attended by a large number of faculty, non-teaching staff, students, and dignitaries of L.N.C.T. University.
