CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Rabindranath Tagore University is celebrating its 14th annual festival, Ridam 2024. This festival is organized by the Student Activity Council (SAC). To make this celebration even more special and memorable, the university hosted a live music concert featuring the renowned Bollywood playback singer Aditi Singh Sharma on its campus. Alongside the university community, the city’s residents also attended the musical night and danced to Aditi’s songs.

With outstanding sound arrangements, excellent lighting, and Aditi Singh’s melodious voice, a mesmerizing atmosphere was created. The applause from the audience at Tagore National Theatre Academy’s ground echoed with admiration and appreciation for the singer. Enthusiastic and rhythmic audience members made Aditi Singh Sharma feel like a star. Aditi couldn’t help but praise the audience in return.

The live music concert kicked off with the song “Dhoom Machale Dhoom” from the film “Dhoom 3”. Aditi Singh Sharma, who has carved a niche for herself in Bollywood with songs like “Suraj Duba Hai”, “High Rated Gabru Nu Maare”, and “High Heels Te Nachche”, secured a special place in the hearts of Bhopal residents with her performance. The closing ceremony of the ongoing annual fest Ridam 2024 at the university was celebrated today, and what could have been better to lighten up the mood than Aditi Singh’s melodies?

In her special performance, she performed the song “Vande Mataram” with the Indian tricolor, leaving a lasting impression on the audience. University authorities including Santosh Choube, Chancellor Aditi Chaturvedi Vats, Pro-Chancellor Dr. Siddharth Chaturvedi, Chancellor Scope Skill Global University Rajni Kant, Secretary Dr. Vijay Singh, and Director of IQAC Nitin Vats, expressed their gratitude to the guest Aditi Singh Sharma and praised her melodious style through heartfelt verses. Aditi Singh Sharma also became fond of the love and respect from the university family and praised the extraordinary energy and positive environment created by the university’s youth along with the geographical beauty of the campus and the people of Bhopal, stating that it didn’t feel like she was just a guest here at RNTU.
