CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: As per the orders of Collector Kaushalendra Vikram Singh, a special inspection drive was conducted by the Revenue Department of Bairsia Section, the Police Team of Bairsia Section, and the District Transport Officer’s team to prevent LPG black marketing and its illegal transportation.

During the operation, approximately 200 vehicles were inspected. Out of these, challan action was taken against 54 vehicles, collecting a total penalty of ₹93,200. Additionally, the District Transport Officer canceled the fitness certificates of three buses. Two dumpers carrying minerals without royalty were seized at Gunga Police Station for further action.

Drivers were also advised to follow traffic rules, including not overspeeding, not carrying more than two passengers on two-wheelers, wearing helmets, and using seat belts while driving. These enforcement activities will continue regularly at scheduled intervals.
