CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: For the Lok Sabha elections, the appointed expenditure observers by the Election Commission of India for the Bhopal Lok Sabha constituency, Ms. Ananya Sinha (IRS) and Mrs. Roshanta Meena (IRS), conducted a meeting today with all the candidates of the Bhopal Lok Sabha constituency to inform them about election expenditure accounting-related instructions. On this occasion, the nodal expenditure deputy collector Nidhi Choukse and all the candidates were present.

Both expenditure observers briefed all the candidates about the expenditure-related rules and guidelines of the Election Commission. Additionally, in their presence, the candidates were trained in maintaining accounts related to expenses incurred during the elections. During this session, various questions were raised by the candidates, which were promptly addressed.

The expenditure observers directed everyone to submit their accounts in accordance with the prescribed process on time. They also informed that the accounts of the candidates would be inspected on April 26, April 30, and May 04. All candidates were instructed to either submit their election accounts themselves or through their election agents and to ensure their presence on the dates of inspection.
