CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Senior Divisional Commercial Manager, Saurabh Kataria, conducted an inspection of Train Number 20171/20172 Rani Kamalapati-Hazrat Nizamuddin-Rani Kamalapati. During the inspection, several important aspects were reviewed to ensure passenger safety and comfort.

Mr. Kataria thoroughly examined the quality of food provided to passengers. He assessed the cleanliness, nutritional value, and taste of the food to ensure that passengers receive healthy and clean meals. He ensured that all food items were of high quality and met passengers’ satisfaction.

He also closely inspected the first aid kit available on the train. He made sure that the kit contained all necessary medicines and equipment to provide immediate assistance in case of an emergency. The readiness and quality of the first aid kit were thoroughly checked.

Prioritizing passenger safety, Mr. Kataria reviewed the functionality of the emergency talkback system on the train. This system allows passengers to contact the train staff directly in case of an emergency. The system was actively tested to ensure its effectiveness and prompt response capability.

Additionally, Mr. Kataria inspected the equipment in the train’s mini pantry. He reviewed the condition of the microwave, heating equipment, and storage facilities to ensure better service for passengers. He confirmed that all equipment was in good working order and met passengers’ needs.

During the inspection, Mr. Kataria also checked the cleanliness of the train’s interiors, toilets, and seating areas. He ensured that all areas were regularly cleaned and that passengers were provided with a clean and comfortable environment. He provided necessary guidelines to the relevant staff, emphasizing the importance of cleanliness and hygiene.

Mr. Kataria interacted with passengers during the inspection and gathered feedback about their travel experience. He listened attentively to their issues and suggestions and assured them of prompt solutions. Reiterating the rail administration’s commitment to passenger satisfaction and comfort, he emphasized their dedication to providing high-quality services. Senior Divisional Mechanical Engineer P.S. Raghvanshi was also present during the inspection.
