CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: The Training and Placement Cell of Scope Global Skills University, under the joint auspices of the IIC and E-Cell, organized a skill-enhancement workshop on the theme “Career Development Workshop on Professional Resume Writing & Career Readiness” to prepare students for upcoming career opportunities.
Sanyati Officers Sandeep Poddar, Ayushi Tiwari, and Yash Sharma were present at the program.
The chief guest, Sanyati Officer, explained the finer details on the topic ‘Anatomy of a Resume’, and guided students in a simple manner about the important elements required to create an effective resume.
In addition, Sandeep Poddar taught students techniques to present their achievements concisely and impressively using the TARA method and effective action verbs.
During the session, Yash Sharma gave a live demonstration of AI-based personalized resume building, through which students gained real and practical experience. Students also created their own resumes using AI tools, which further enhanced their hands-on understanding.
At the end of the program, Assistant Professor and Coordinator of IIC & E-Cell, Ayushi Tiwari, taught students step-by-step strategies for personal branding through LinkedIn.
On this occasion, Dr. Siddharth Chaturvedi, Chancellor of Scope Global Skills University, said that in today’s competitive era, a degree alone is not enough; the right skills and professional presentation are extremely important. Our aim is to provide students with platforms where they can learn industry-based skills and confidently shape their career paths.
SGSU Vice Chancellor Dr. Vijay Singh and Registrar Dr. Sitesh Kumar Sinha said that such sessions help develop confidence and a career-ready mindset in students, and that both skills and presentation are the foundation of a successful professional life.
The program concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Dr. Vinod Sharma, Dean of Student Welfare and President of IIC.
