CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: CEO of the District Panchayat and Sweep Nodal Officer Mr. Rituraj Singh held a meeting with the Chamber of Commerce. In attendance were the President of the Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Tejkul Pal Singh Grover Pali, along with all the directors of the board.

During the meeting, an appeal for cooperation in the voter awareness campaign was made. In response, the Chamber of Commerce assured several initiatives, including honoring their staff who vote by giving them recognition the next day, granting them leave for voting, offering discount coupons to voters in their respective institutions, and sponsoring gifts for the Mega Lucky Draw under the encouragement scheme at all 2037 booths.

Mr. Deepak, a member of the Chamber of Commerce, suggested that they would also display awareness banners in their institutions and collaborate in digital promotion. Additionally, they expressed their commitment to providing service during the festival. Together, the social service and business organizations pledged to provide water and refreshments at polling centers on every booth.
