CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: The Dattopant Thengadi Research Institute, Bhopal, and Maharaja Chhatrasal Bundelkhand University, Chhatarpur, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to collaborate on research activities. Mukesh Mishra, Director of Dattopant Thengadi Research Institute, recognized by the Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR), and representatives from the university, Assistant Professors Durgavati Singh and Nandkishor Patel, signed the MoU at Thengadi Bhavan.
Director Mukesh Kumar Mishra explained that the Dattopant Thengadi Research Institute is a research institution under the Ministry of Education, Government of India, dedicated to advancing knowledge through high-level, multidisciplinary research and studies. Currently, the institute is working on an extensive research project focused on the endangered folk narratives of Bundelkhand.
Vice-Chancellor of Maharaja Chhatrasal Bundelkhand University, Shubhra Tiwari, stated that both institutions will collaborate on linguistic research, academic activities, and cultural research projects. This partnership will provide researchers and faculty members of the university opportunities for mutual research and exchange of ideas in areas of common interest.
Umesh Chandra Sharma, Secretary of Dattopant Thengadi Research Institute, remarked that this collaboration will open new avenues for academic studies in Madhya Pradesh.
