Mumbai Police have increased actor Tiger Shroff’s security after a reported incident of firing at his car. The incident has also brought the security arrangements of other Bollywood stars into discussion.
Reports say Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan already have Y+ category security, while some other artistes are provided X category security or police assistance as required. The level of security is decided on the basis of threats received by the person concerned and the assessment of security agencies.
Tiger Shroff’s security increased
On 18 October 2026, reports emerged that Tiger Shroff’s car had been targeted in a firing incident in the Juhu area of मुंबई. After this, police increased security outside the actor’s residence and deployed additional personnel. However, officials have not officially confirmed that Tiger Shroff has been given any specific X, Y or Y+ category security.
