CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: In the time-bound meeting held in Bhopal, District Panchayat CEO Ila Tiwari instructed officials to take necessary actions to ensure that beneficiaries holding rights certificates under the Forest Rights Act receive the benefits of various government schemes. She directed that survey teams be formed in the Gram Panchayats of Bairasia and Huzur tehsils in Bhopal district to identify eligible beneficiaries. Through these surveys, basic information should be recorded at the Gram Panchayat and Janpad levels in a structured format to ensure that the benefits of schemes reach the rightful recipients.
She also emphasized that beneficiaries identified for government schemes must be provided benefits within the stipulated timeframe under the “Sankalp Se Samadhan” campaign. The meeting also reviewed preparations for the Jal Ganga Sanvardhan Campaign 2026, which is scheduled to begin on March 19. Officials were instructed to prepare and present a departmental list of activities along with a detailed action plan. Reports of last year’s activities were to be submitted using GIS and SIPRI software, and this year, the GIS SIPRI system will also be used for marking water structures.
According to the Panchayat and Rural Development Department, extensive work is being carried out for irrigation and water conservation across 483 villages of Janpad Panchayats Fanda and Bairasia in Bhopal district. These include 666 farm ponds, 691 recharge wells, 6 Amrit Sarovars, and 472 other water structures. In addition, departments such as Water Resources, Forest, Agriculture, Horticulture, and the Municipal Corporation will also undertake large-scale activities under the campaign.
ADM Sumit Pandey emphasized the effective and satisfactory resolution of complaints received through the Chief Minister’s Helpline. Officials were instructed to regularly monitor each complaint to improve the district’s ranking. Additionally, timely resolution, name corrections, allocations, comprehensive e-KYC, former registry processing, and cluster-based camps under the CM Helpline, Samadhan Online, and CM Dashboard were also mandated to maximize the number of grievances resolved.
